Because our products are reading material (comics, graphic novels, and digital downloads), we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, order errors, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or defective items
Every product is inspected before shipping. While we take great care in packaging, we are not responsible for damage caused during shipping or delivery. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if your package arrives damaged.
Digital products
All digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Sale items & gift cards
Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
